People are talking splitsville in the Kardashian compound. Kris Jenner is urging Kloe K to divorce her estranged hubby Lamar Odom while Kim K has hired a new spin doctor to help her distance herself from the family’s public drama.
According to Pagesix.com, new mother Kim kicked publicist Jill Fritzo, who has tirelessly represented the Kardashians, to the curb. In her place Kim K. has hired publicist and Slate PR co-founder Ina Treciokas, who currently reps Sarah Jessica Parker, Woody Harrelson and Owen Wilson.
“Kim wants to set herself apart from the Kardashian p.r. machine,” said a source, “and Kanye West advised her to build her own team.”
While on the topic of family advice, Momma K, Kris Jenner is suggesting daughter Khloe officially end her 4-year marriage to Lamar Odom. Even after reports of the NBA player having affairs with several women and an alleged addiction to drugs, specifically crack cocaine, Khloe refuses to end the union.
“Khloe is really low key,” said a source, “and all she has ever wanted was to be happily married and have a ton of kids. She thought she had that with Lamar, but obviously doesn’t.”
In this one instance, it may be appropriate for someone to take up Momma K’s words of wisdom.
