It’s confessional time in this chapter of Lamar Odom’s addiction chronicles. The estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian could be seen in a TMZ video last week shirtless and slurring his words in a L.A. bathroom as he talked with a topless male friend. After viewing the clip, many would assume that the basketball star had freefalled back into a relapse of his drug problems.
But Odom is now setting the record straight. He admits to being drunk in the clip and insists it was a one-time thing. Lamar also added that no drugs were involved and fessed up that his former drugs of choice were cocaine and crack.
As for what he’s been up to these days, Odom says he’s still clean and sober and is currently training hard at the University of Rhode Island. It certainly sounds like a good enough excuse, we truly hope he can be believed.
